And there was a discrepancy with the escrow funds being distributed improperly From the new mortgage holder. After contacting Donna and explaining to her our situation. She immediately jumped into action, By contacting the State Farm insurance department and the mortgage holders insurance department. At the same time, keeping me on the phone.
