"This team offered nothing better than some of the worst customer service I have ever received. My family and I were unfortunate to have our policies of over 20 years transferred over with our former agent’s retiring. Over the course of the roughly 5 years I interacted with this team, it was awful. Address changes were like pulling teeth, and left my family member receiving notices of cancellation because they couldn’t get their act together, and it took nearly 3 years to get it all made right - all with zero contact from upper management, and lovely attitudes from the horrible reps I spoke with. Fast forward several years later to having more issues, so I opted to cancel. The cancellation process was so poorly explained (I assume to make the process more difficult than people are willing to go through) that it took nearly 3.5 weeks just to get the policy terminated, not including nearly a month from my initial cancellation request that went ignored. I finally received disbursement for the cash value of my policy on 2/12, and my initial call was on December 19th of last year. Natacha did try to apologize for the broken situation by the time I canceled my policy of 25 years, saying that she was not aware of the issues I had been having. If your sole responsibility is to ensure that your clients have a good experience, I shouldn’t need to escalate to you every little problem. Train your team to let you know of issues so that you can do YOUR job and make it right. She made ZERO interactions with me until I called in IRATE with the situation, and demanded to speak with my agent. Then, to cap it all, she made excuses saying that she had a large turnover in recent months. Proper training reduces turnover - this is a you problem, not me. Absolutely unreasonable in terms of customer service. I work in CS for a living, and I’ve never seen such poorly managed representatives to what used to be a great brand. I get better customer service for $15/mo from Netflix, and I haven’t been with them for over 2 decades. Get it together. Those inquiring, save yourself the trouble and go to a different agent who knows what they’re doing. Thankfully I have USAA and will never use State Farm for any services again."

"Great service. I had a pipe burst late night/early morning and water damage to all three floors of my house and in an hour the water removal company was there to start clean up. The agent called that morning and reassured me that everything would be okay. The adjuster came after the water removal company finished and assessed the damage and within three days the check was in the mail. When something like water damage affects your life you do not want to deal with shady insurance agents giving you the run around! I must say, I will be a LIFE MEMBER of the Natacha Jocelyn State Farm Insurance Agency!"
